My wife bought a new PIXMA TR4520 All In One less than a year ago here in Florida. It worked okay for 8-9 months but now will only communicate to the 3 laptops as a Fax and we can no longer print or scan. I can't get help from Canon because their automated systems claim the serial number is not from a US machine and won't let us register it. We have rebooted the printer and all 3 computers and nothing changes, we always had minor issues using any function which normally required us to abort the print or scan process once or twice and even reboot the printer. We were able to print and scan 2 days ago but nothing since then. Any help would be appreciated since Canon is USELESS. Thank you.
Are you using Windows or MacOS?
