Scanning Issues

I purchased a Canon Pixma TS 9060 a week ago every is working fine except I cannot scan from the printer as a command comes up saying " set the PC to start scanning" - has anyone else had this issue rather frustrating - what to do ???

So we can better assist you, please let us know what operating system is on your computer, as well as if you have the printer connected wirelessly or via USB cable.
