Purchased new ink cartridge, PIXMA TR4520 says it’s empty

I have had terrible customer service with Canon. No response for months. No one has helped with this issue. We purchased 2 brand new ink cartridges and the printer Canon TR4520 keeps saying there’s no ink in it. Can someone please assist in sending me a replacement? Clearly the cartridges are not empty but for whatever reason the printer is not recognizing them. Thanks

You would need to speak with either phone or chat support about the possibility of having a replacement ink sent.
