Hi, I have MF3010 with Win8.1. Problem is that printer is working fine, but the scanner crashes when scanning mulptiple pages at once. I scan 1st, 2nd, ... and the MF scan utility crashes. It says no communication with the scanner. What might be the problem? Thank you.
