Hello,
I am running into an issue where I attempt to print an image in greyscale (PNG, GIF or JPEG) on Pixma MG5700 multifunction printer via WiFi on Windows 10. The images are only black and white in the first place. In printer settings I ticked the box 'Greyscale Printing', yet I get a print in red/yellow. Printing text from PDF or Word goes normally.
I am hoping anyone can help me out. Thank you in advance.
Cheers,
Nina

Hi Nina_C,
Also, please print a test page:

2. Use the down arrow key to display SETUP and press the button below SETUP.
3. Select Maintenance and press <OK>.
4. Select Print nozzle check pattern and press <OK>.
