I recently moved from Norway to the US. In Norway I had a european model of the Pixma mg7120 printer with my laptop setup with the various Canon programs to allow for printing and scanning (all worked fine).
Since arriving in the US I have purchased a new mg7120 printer. I still am using my laptop from Norway (same Canon programs) - printing seems to work fine, but when trying to scan it seems like my old mg7120 address is being reference in the scan setup program and I am not able to figure out how to set this for the new printer.
What would be the best way to fix this issue?
Thanks

Hi allrerd,
It would seem as though the driver may ned to be reinstalled. I can show you how to do that, but would need a little more information.
What version of Windows are you using, Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 or Windows 8?
Are you using the 32 bit or 64 bit version of Windows?
Are you using your PIXMA MG7120 with a USB cable or are you using it wirelessly with your laptop?
