Printer is brand new out of the box. I didn't get the ink cartridges in correctly, which shouldn't be a big deal. But the print head will not return to the proper position for cartridge removal/loading. It is not jammed - the head moves back and forth as it should when the power is turned on. I've tried everything in the troubleshooting guides. Anyone know how to manually send the ink cartridges to where I need them to be? Thanks for your help.
