I have hundreds of dollars of ink cartridges (Canon, not after-market) so I do not particularly want to get rid of my printer. I can deal with losing the ability to use it on wifi, but I cannot tolerate "banded" color photos in my documents as that is highly necessary for me and my business.
I have done a "deep cleaning four times now. It seemed to solve printing from rear tray on high quality matte photo paper, but I need it to work on plain paper as well. When I put good quality plain paper in the cassette and print from there, all photos are banded.
Any advice is appreciated.
