Pixma MG 2522 Quit, now has three amber lights flashing 15 times over & over

I was printing an 18 page, two sided, document,  Printed the front, did the flip, started printing the backs and it miss fed a page so I tried to snatch it out (bad idea).  Now it is flashing all three amber warning lights and won't print or reset?  Ideas??  Thanks

Unplugged the printer and restarted it.  Now I have two flashing amber lights.  The warning light and the color and it's flashing five times over & over?    When all three lights were on they were flashing 15 times over & over.

Hi rvseverson,

Based on the alarm errors that appear, you printer has experienced an hardware issue and would require service. If your printer is in it's 1 year warranty and you have a copy of the printer's proof of purchase, please call Canon at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666), Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST excluding holidays.

If the printer is out of warranty, you would qualify for the Canon Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service or are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This program allows you the opportunity to purchase a replacement product discounted from the list price. Free ground shipping is included with your purchase.
