My printer has been working great until yesterday. After working most of the day just fine yesterday, I started getting error code 1003 that there was no paper in the cassette. Upon removing the cassette, there was plenty of paper, however, there was a paper jam behind the tray. After clearing the jam, I re-inserted the paper tray and cleared the error message, however, each time I've tried to print since then, I have encountered the same issue. HELP!

Please use the links below to clear the paper jam issue that you are experiencing with your PIXMA G7020:

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA G7020 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support. A Technical Support Representative can determine the cause of the issue and resolve it or provide you with your available service options.
