PIXMA G6020 Not Printing Dark Cyan

I have a Pixma G6020 that is printing every color except dark cyan. I have done ink flushes, cleanings, deep cleanings, but every Nozzle Check returns the same. I even replaced the print heads and flushed the cyan tube, and it still doesn't print dark blue

Ink looks to flow through the tubes without issue. What could possibly be going on here? Any ideas?nozzle-check.jpgnozzle-check.jpg

The G6020 does not use a separate “light cyan” ink. It has one cyan tank, and the pale-blue band in the nozzle check is normal cyan output. In your photo, the dark cyan band appears fairly uniform, so the issue may be caused by the file, driver, or color-management settings rather than the color print head, certainly not the black print head. I suggest you run a nozzle check from the printer panel not the computer, if you have not done so to double check the print head.
