Pixma G3400 doesn't print dark magenta

Hello, 

Please help me.  Printer doesn't print  dark magenta although light  magenta  is printed. 

What can be a reason?  Thank you.

Hi oleg,

Please make sure that your G3400 contains ink.  Next, please perform 1 or 2 printhead cleanings.  To do this, please follow the steps in the manual:

all inks are there.  As you can see light  magenta  is printed.  I did many cleanups of printhead.

I cleaned up color printhead by distiled water and that is didn't help.  Looks like  printhead is died?
