Pixma G3400 doesn't print dark magenta

Hello, Please help me. Printer doesn't print dark magenta although light magenta is printed. What can be a reason? Thank you.

all inks are there. As you can see light magenta is printed. I did many cleanups of printhead.I cleaned up color printhead by distiled water and that is didn't help. Looks like printhead is died?
