I just got the pixma ix6820 and for the life of me I can not get the printer to align. All the text is printing “fuzzy” because it’s misaligned and I keep trying to manual alignment but entering paper and holding down the button 4x but it doesn’t do anything. My Mac currently runs sequoia 15 and I downloaded the associated driver for my OS to get the “utility” tool but I still can’t find it/navigate to it in order to manually align my printer. Please help!!!! I’ve tried everything.
