I have had my printer for a while and I love it; however, I recently changed the ink (have always used Canon ink) but the colors are off. I've done the print head check, alignment, everything but still not printing correctly. I just tried to print a tag and it's supposed to be green and turned out gold. Any suggestions?

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the PIXMA TS9500 series. The model number should appear on the front of the unit at the lower right. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
