Canon Pixma Pro 200 Images DARK AND GREEN

Help! I have had this printer for about a year and I have printed beautiful photos. Just last week I started having issues, the images came out dark and green. Though nothing has changed that I can think of since last week.

  • Used 5 different types of papers - I finally purchased canon paper again bc I know the photos always come out perfect on these and it's still the same issue
  • Replaced my ink (I thought it was canon brand but it turned out it wasn't but that doesn't seem like an issue since test prints came out fine? - issues happened even before I replaced ink)
  • Processed cleaning of the print head, the nozzle check, and all the images look fine to me
  • I printed test photos I found online and those seem ok a bit off but those usually can be fixed with slight adjustments
  • Verified my photo paper settings were set correctly as well as the printer profile to match (photo below is luster)
  • Uninstalled the entire software and reset my printer settings - reinstalled and cleaned AGAIN I still have the same issue

Left is the image I'm trying to print and the right are the results I keep getting after trying to troubleshoot (I have tried to print from Photoshop directly using photoshop color, I have printed as PDF, I have printed directly from the professional print & layout software multiple times trying different settings):

  • PHOTO.pngPRINT.png

Here's the test image I printed, the scan came out a bit darker. But if you look closely all images seem to be OK except for the faces on the right, they are dark and have a green hue as well:

Any suggestions would be extremely helpful.

There seem to be a number of folks reporting this. What operating system?
