PIXMA TS9120 will not print setup tests

New TS9120 will not print setup test pages. Printer confirms that setup ink tanks are properly installed, I can smell the ink when the printer is running through all of its tests (e.g. auto print head alighment, print nozzle check pattern, cleaning and deep cleaning, roller clean and bottom plate cleaning). Cartridge levels are all going down. I don't see ink runoff in the bottom. Have run print head alignment and print nozzle check pattern eight times. Reinstalled all print cartridges twice.

 

Owned two older PIXMAs so I understand all the steps and processes. Any suggestions much appreciated.
