I have an i9900 printer and am trying to use on windows 8, cannot find a driver to load

I have a Pixma MG2520.Do I HAVE to replace the color cartridge if it is low or out of one color, in order for the machine to print in just black?Put another way.If the color cartridge is empty will the machine print in black only.ThanksSic 

Upgraded from Windows 8.1 to 10(64bit). Pixma MG5350 connected wirelessly will not scan or print.

Upgraded to Windows 10 64 bit from Windows 8.1.   MG5350 is connected wirelessly to computer and shortcuts to scan and print no longer work.   Downloaded latest driver but still no action.  What's up?

My PIXMA MP990 won't print psd files.

This just happened after updating my mac to OS El Capitan. It will print jpgs and other documents. I didn't have this problem with Yosemite. How do I resync Photoshop  with the printer?  I have CC 2014
