I have the latest driver installed. Windows 11.
This is a TS9120.
It just started happening.
Any ideas?

Hi,
The signal strength looks good. Please going in view devices and printers on your computer and remove the Canon printer driver listed. Once that is done, restart your computer and then click HERE.
From there, scroll down and click on load more. You will want to download and install TS9100 series MP Drivers Ver.1.02 (Windows). Once installed, open IJ Scan Utility on your computer and try to scan again.

Please click HERE for the steps to print the network settings page. Once it prints, please let us know what the signal strength is in row 3-2-1.
