PIXMA TS6420a prints test pages, won't print a document or only prints select parts of a document

I've reloaded Canon's Print Drivers for this particular printer over a dozen times - no change.  I've done the Maintenance Nozzle Check, Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, and Nozzle Alignment - no change.  Any suggestions?  I purchased this printer in December 2024.  My last Canon printer functioned flawlessly for over 15 years.  I'm quite confident that this isn't simply "operator error."

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA TS6420a and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support.
