My printer is always giving me issues , sometimes it takes even an hour to be able to print a single paper, it’s so frustrating. It is a TS6420a and all it says is “printing data” but all there is is just the noice the printer makes but nothing prints

Hi Sam__itzel,
What version of Windows is installed on your computer?
If you are using a Mac, what version of the macOS is installed?
Are you using your PIXMA TS6420a wirelessly?
Or are you using your printer with a USB cable?
