Hi Sam__itzel,

What version of Windows is installed on your computer?
If you are using a Mac, what version of the macOS is installed?

Are you using your PIXMA TS6420a wirelessly?
Or are you using your printer with a USB cable?

Hi Sam_itzel,

Let's try disabling IPv6 on your printer and then restarting all of your devices.  To do this, please follow these steps:

1.  Please press the OK button on your TS6420a 1 time.

2.  Use the down arrow to select Device settings and press OK.

3.  Use the down arrow to select LAN settings and press OK.

4.  Select Wi-Fi and press OK.

5.  Select Advanced (not Advanced Mode) and press OK.

6.  Select TCP/IP settings and press OK.

7.  Select IPv6 and press OK.

8.  Select Yes and press OK.

9.  Select Enable/disable IPv6 and press OK.

10. Select Disable and press OK.

11. Repeatedly press the Back button (above the OK button) to return to the main screen of the printer.

12. Turn your TS6420a off.

13. Turn your iOS devices off.

14. Please go to your router and unplug the power cord.

15. Wait a few minutes and then reconnect the power cord to your router.

16. Once your Wi-Fi network is back online, turn your iOS devices and TS6420a back on.

Attempt to print.
