PIXMA TS6020 Paper Jam Message Won't Clear

Replaced large black ink cartridge. Got message saying it was correct Canon product. After attempting to print & getting an error message on the Word site. Looking at the printer it had the 1300 error - paper jamb. There was no paper jamb. Have gone through all the prescribed procedures multiple times. However the error code won't clear. Pushing the OK makes the ink shuttle move &  the little white rollers move too. Ink lights are not on. I can get nothing else but the paper jamb to appear on the screen & all other buttons except for power do not function.

Hi,

I recommend performing a reset of the printer. While the printer is on, unplug the power cord from the printer. While the power is off, press the power button 5 times. After 60 seconds plug the power cord back in and power on the printer.

If this does not resolve the issue, there is most likely a internal issue with the printer and it would require service. 

If the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
