PIXMA G3270 won't print on PC after printing from my iPhone

Hi All,

I installed and was successfully using my new Megatank G3270 with my Window11 pro 64 laptop.  I decided to try printing from my iPhone 13 and this also worked without issue.  After I printed with my iPhone I can no longer print from my PC.  Each time I try I get a Windows message telling me to uncheck the Pause Printing on the printer's menu.  This printer has no such button.  I have no outstanding print jobs from my iPhone or my PC.  I can readily print from my iPhone at any time.  It is like my iPhone has hijacked the printer.  Beside the network icons on the printer's display screen is an icon of a smart phone and rebooting the printer or cutting the power does not clear the icon.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as it is a pain having to send documents and spreadsheets from my PC to my iPhone in order to print them with the printer.

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA G3270 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access your available service options.
