The printer stopped printing from a file - any file. It still performs scan and copy, and communicates with the computer.
I took the following actions:
1. Updated firmware
2. Updated drivers
3. Troubleshooting revealed NO problem
would appreciate your advice

Hi arney444,
What version of Windows are you using?
If you have a Mac, what version of the macOS is installed?
Are you using your PIXMA G3270 wirelessly?
or is your G3270 connected to your computer using a USB cable?
When you attempt to print, does an error appear? If so, what error do you get?
Are you able to scan using the IJ Scan Utility? If you are unable to scan, what is the error code that appears?
