PIXMA TS3722 - Can’t Push down the ink cartridge lock lever

I just bought PIXMA YS3722 and in the process to installation.  I am trying to install the ink cartridge.  But i can't puch down the ink cartridge lock lever and it is tight.  What should i do?

Hi Khin,

Please follow the steps on this page to remove and then insert the ink cartridges of your PIXMA TS3722:

TS3700 series > Handling Paper, Originals, FINE Cartridges, etc. > Replacing a FINE Cartridge
