PIXMA TS3522 paper feed roller isn't working

My PIXMA TS3522 randomly started having an issue with feeding the paper in properly. It doesn't get jammed or stuck in the printer, it's just only pulling the paper in about 1/3 of the way and then nothing after that. The printer still continues to attempt printing onto the paper until I select to cancel the print job. Any ideas as to how to fix this? I've seen where some said they could manually feed the paper in themselves but no luck there either. It will not feed the paper in any further than the initial section. I've cleaned the paper feed rollers as well as checking for anything stuck in the paper section and found nothing.  #pixmats3522 #ts3522

Having the exact same problem with my TS3522. Were you able to resolve it?

Hi ftlaudbud,

When paper does not feed correctly through your PIXMA TS3522, first make sure there are no foreign objects or jammed paper in the paper path.  Unplug the power cord and then look down through the paper path for these obstructions.

Once complete, please then look inside of your printer:

If nothing appears to be blocking the paper path, the next step would be to perform a paper roller cleaning:

If the paper still does not feed, your PIXMA TS3522 would require service.  If your PIXMA TS3522 was purchased less than a year ago, please contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat to obtain your in warranty options. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. I contacted support as it was still under warranty and it was determined that it required a replacement so now I wait... and wait,,,
