PIXMA TS3522 Not Fully Printing Documents

My mom is trying to print out some insurance documents, but when she does, the documents end up looking unprinted halfway. This is what happens whenever she tries to print something.

I would start with a nozzle cleaning using the steps HERE. Once that is done, print a nozzle check and then take a picture of it and attach it to your reply.
