Hey so I really hope you can still access this but I have the Same issue and same printer but mine says there's a jam and clearly nothing in there and its flashing 3 0 3 and has LTR on screen too any clue what can do or is it done for because I can't afford to take it in

Hi,
I recommend performing a reset of the printer. While the printer is on, unplug the power cord from the printer. While the power is off, press the power button 5 times. After 60 seconds plug the power cord back in and power on the printer.
If the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
If the printer is out of warranty, you would qualify for the Canon Upgrade program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service or are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This program allows you the opportunity to purchase a replacement product discounted from the list price. Free ground shipping is included with your purchase.

This didn't work. I have cleared all the paper jams on my Pixma MX532 and the error code 1303 will NOT go away.

I opened the printer and manually moved the print rollers. I used a small screwdriver. This reset the error manually.

I read your reply. You manually moved the print rollers. Did you manual ensured they would rotate?

Same problem as stated in the earlier post. Nothing is jammed, as one sheet will feed then the paper jam ode re appears. I truly believe there is a "glitch" in the software or something and it's easier to sell us a new one with a supposed "discount" when they should provide a replacement, considering these are only a $40 printer..
