PIXMA MP250 -Error Code E03- Troubleshooting guide not effective.

I've had my Canon Pixma MP250 for quite a while and never had any problem at all with it until now. Error code E03 and the warning light flash. There is no evidence of a paper jam, or any paper at all in it now. The output door is open. Have turn...

Didn't work for my MP250. Nothing published so far works. Maybe this is a built-in way to force purchase of a new printer?
