PIXMA TS3520 Paper jam notice error

I turned off my canon printer while it was printing and got a paper jam notice. I went though all steps to clear any paper but there was not a paper jam. I unplugged the printer for a while but the paper jam notice persists and I can't use the pinter..

I turned my around and see no latch behind the printer. here I am in the year 2024 with the same issue. Can't roll the paper backwards either but trying to.

Can you explain how you push the paper through?

Is it from the front tray and you push it while the machine is on or off?  I have a MG3600 and thought I removed all the paper jammed, but getting yellow flashing light and error messages:
