PIXMA TS702a Error code 1850

I am attempting to print onto a printable disc.  I have followed all instructions but keep getting error code 1850.

I pushed the output tray in and inserted the disc tray pressed OK and then getting the error and telling me to do everything I already did.

One thing I did notice it that the instructions say push it in until flush with front then continue to push in. The photo looks like the output tray is a half inch inside the printer.  My tray will only push in until flush.  How to push it in further when it doesn't want to?

I figured it out.  I took the paper tray out and was using a flashlight to see is anything was in there.  I noticed an orange piece of plastic attached to the bottom of the output tray.  Removed it and it works
