I have a Canon TS3500 series printer that is not scanning. It’s stating it needs to be connected to network (all this has been done, restarted etc)
I’m confused because it prints just fine. Please help me someone..

Thanks for joining the conversation, Smileyy!
So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the PIXMA TS3500 series. The model number should appear on the top of the printer just above the power button. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.
Thanks and have a great day!

I also have a Canon TS3522 that will not scan. It prints fine after reinstalling the drivers. However, I can not scan. How can you help?

The PIXMA TS3500 is a series, not a specific model so we need more info to be able to help. Like my counterpart Danny mentioned, the printer model should appear on top of the printer just above the power button.

Hi tscott6446,
Are you using your PIXMA TS3522 wirelessly?
or with a USB cable?
What version of Windows are you using?
If you are using a Mac, what version of the macOS is installed?
When you attempt to scan using the IJ Scan Utility, does an error appear? If so, what is the code that appears at the bottom of the error message?

TS3522. Are there more of this 3500 series that scan differently

Hi Smileyy,
To resolve the scanning issue, please follow these steps:
1. With your PIXMA TS3522 powered on, please repeatedly press the wrench and screwdriver button until 15 appears on the display.
2. Please press the Black Start button one time.
3. Once complete, please turn your printer off.
4. Go to your router and unplug the power cord from the back of your router. Wait 30 seconds and then reconnect the power cord to your router.
5. Once your Wi-Fi network is back online, please turn your PIXMA TS3522 back on.
Open the Canon PRINT app on your phone and then attempt to scan.
