PIXMA TS3350 P10 error cartridges locked

I have a P10 error. Went out and brought some new cartridges (even though the old ones feel full and aren't that old) and can't change them due to the cartridge being locked over to one side. I've tried resetting by turning off and on again (with 10min wait) Have also tried disconnecting, pressing on 5 times then reconnecting. Nothing is working.

Please help

Oh sorry - yes it's PIXMA T3300

Thanks, though we'd prefer something a little more specific than that.  Your printer's exact model number should be on the top of the printer just above the power button.  Please let us know what you see there.
