PIXMA TS3350: Changed Ink cartridge but ink levels still showing low

Hi, can someone help me?

I have changed my cartridges in my printer TS3350 but the lights are still on showing that the levels have run out. Even when I go to print it still shows the levels as low but the print is coming out as normal?
