When I try to print using my Canon printer TS3322, a new window opens saying: "printer not responding". I restarted the laptop, removed and reinstalled the cables, changed the USB port, but nothing worked. My printer is brand new and installed this week. How can I fix that? Thanks.

Does the printer show up in the Devices and Printers page of the Control Panel?

Hi, Hoffman. Thanks for your post. Yes, it's installed and is shown in the control panel ok. I installed this printer recently and as tests I printed some docs ok. But just in the first day. After second day... printer not responding. I don't know what else to try.

Give Canon a all at 1-800-OK-CANON.
You will need to register your printer first at the Canon support site.
