PIXMA TS302 Paper Profiles (Matte Photo Paper)

Is matte photo printing not an option on the TS302 or did I set something up incorrectly? The printer works fine but only Glossy Photo Paper and Photo Paper Glossy II are options. I need a Matte Photo Paper option. If I can't add a profile for matte paper, can you tell me how to be sure a printer has it before I buy a new one? I don't see it in info when I'm looking at other printers. 

I'm using Windows 11.

Hi,

Below is the supported media types for you model printer. Matte paper is not supported by this model printer:

Paper for printing documents:

• Canon Red Label Superior <WOP111>
• Canon Océ Office Colour Paper <SAT213>

Paper for printing photos:

• Glossy Photo Paper "Everyday Use" <GP-501>
• Photo Paper Glossy <GP-701>
• Photo Paper Plus Glossy II <PP-201>
• Photo Paper Plus Glossy II <PP-301>

The specs for the printer should state the compatible papers. Check the product specs on the Canon site.
