PIXMA TR8620a Front panel not responding to touch

Hi, my TR8600 front panel is not responding to touch. If there is any message shown and requires to touch 'OK', it is stuck. I can only restart the printer. Any one has similar issue? How to fix?

Thanks

I am having the exact same issue.  This is a work printer and it needs to function correctly.  Please advise, if a fix is not available, I will need a replacement.

TR8620a

Error message: "replace the ink"- went through the process with a brand new ink cartridge, reset, uploaded new driver, nothing is fixing it.

Windows 11

WiFi

Touch the screen to "stop" the printing notification and the panel does not respond.  This is an important and time-sensitive issue.

- Model: PIXMA TR8620a
