Hi, my TR8600 front panel is not responding to touch. If there is any message shown and requires to touch 'OK', it is stuck. I can only restart the printer. Any one has similar issue? How to fix? Thanks

The native support can use the print function. But is there a native support for scan function of the TR8620a printer?

- Model: PIXMA TR8620a- No error message- It is the printer itself (I use Windows 10)- Wi-Fi
