Greetings;
I don't have a printing problem, scanner won't open with an error code (-21345) I'm running a 21.5" iMac with OS Catlina 10.15.7. When I choose "OPEN SCANNER" from settings that is the message I get "Failed to open a connection to the device (-21345)" I connect via wiFi. I just put a new set of inks and she printed perfectly. Wont open scanner. =(

I connect via WIFI and the connection is in place. I use MacOS Monterey 12.7.4. Printing from various websites and email attachments (eg. pdf) - printing is working. Scanning is not.

Greetings,
Not sure if the thread's starter ever solved his issue. They never replied.
Both of you can try disabling IPv6 per the attached KB article.

Thanks! The scanner did open and seemed to work. However, I have another question. Is it possible to send the scan to my email? It seems to only have a choice of Local USB. Thank you!

@joconnor19,
I haven't looked recently, but seem to recall scan to email being and an option. How is the printer connected and to what device?
