Printer does not print despite it stating computer and printer are connected. No VPN on computer. But yet I can print from my cellphone with no problem>

What pc are you using? If it not an ARM processor run the master setup file located in drivers and software here:
If using USB printer cable do not connect it until prompted to do so.
