PIXMA TR4520 Crooked Printing

The printer won't print right. It will be crooked and it won't work right at all. We have tried everything through the instructions. If anyone can help me please. I would love to talk to someone through the canon company to help me with my problem. I just want to be able to print. It is a new printer

Hopefully you get it fixed.  Sounds like an electronic feed problem.  I previously used a TR4522.  Same as yours, but without Alexa.  Bought in 11/20.  The feed went crazy on it last week.  Big margin at the top.  Breaks apart lines.  For what it's worth, I'm now the happy owner of a TR7022a.  Quality is much better.  Just so you know if you check it out, it doesn't have 2 features I don't use anyway - fax and Ethernet.  However, it does print WiFi direct.
