Mega tank G3270
The black ink is not working I went through all the deep cleaning steps, all tanks are full, did a flush etc. it just stopped working. It’s only 4 months old and I don’t use it all the time. Please help
It sounds like black nozzle on the Canon Pixma G3270 is clogged or not primed. It might be a defect if cleaning it didn't help it. Since it's still new, you should call Canon.
Does the tube show ink in it the whole route to the printer head? If not you may have an air-bubble blocking the ink. That can be repaired using a syringe to remove the air.
