This problem started today. When making a black and white copy from the platen glass or the document feeder, it has horizontal 1 cm white stripes running through the document. I can make a black and white print through my laptop which comes out fine. I can make a colored copy or print and they have no stripes. The nozzle check appears to be normal. I did a deep clean and the problem remains. I have attached a black and white copy, a color copy, and the nozzle check. All ink cartridges have ink.
