PIXMA MG5720 - White streaks in Standard Quality only

Hello,

I have Pixma MG5720 that started doing some white streaks only when printing black text and only in Standard Quality.

Head cleaning procedure helps for a while, but the next day the issue reappears.

If multiple pages are printed, the streaks are not random and appear always at the same places on the pages.

Also, if the print quality is changed to anything different from Standard, the issue does not happen.

The current workaround is to set the quality to Custom, between Draft and Standard quality.

Tried to change cartridges, but this does not help.

Tried to update print drivers and firmware to the latest version but this did not resolve the issue.

Any advice would be appreciated

Since the cleanings and reinstalling the driver did not resolve the issue, the printer would require service.
