PIXMA MG5620 PGBK Cartridge

I have completed all the cleaning maintenance, but my PGBK Cartridge is printing blurred. Any thoughts as to why? It's almost like it's printing double very close together making it blurry.  Thanks.

Blurred text can often be resolved by cleaning the encoder (timing) strip. I have included full instructions for cleaning the encoder HERE.
