PIXMA MG3620 reported new cartridge as being low, now out

I have a MG 3620. I just bought it in 2023. It has said low ink since I installed the first printer cartridge. It's now saying no ink.

same issue -- after a new ink shortly after says low ink and seems to run out quickly compared to a business printer I have from Brothers. I've been dissappointed in this printer. I only use it for invoice slips for a small business and feel like I'm constantly on low ink. Mostly just printing b&W
