I bought a Pixma MG3620 Bk in February 2022 from Canon Direct and it has started printing with a shadow, ie double printing every word. I have been all over the Canon website and read that my Printer (that I bought 8 months ago) has been retired and they no longer support it. One of the pages did say to contact Professional Services but try to find a link to that anywhere on the website. I think I should have a one year warranty or possibly a service option but can't find anything on the website to help me.
