PIXMA MG3620 Prints Blurry after only 1 Year

My Canon PIXMA MG3620 prints blurry after only 1 year particularly when trying to print UPS and/or Amazon return labels and photos. I ran the cleaner, deep cleaner, and self-alignment 4-5x and the printer still prints blurry. My previous Canon Pixma MG6320 had this same problem too which is why I replaced it with this Canon Pixma MG3620. Why does this keep happening with Canon printers? I never had these issues with HP or Brother.

It looks like the black drum is bad.  Notice all the other colors look good.

What is the drum? Should I simply try replacing the ink cartridges first? Or will that still yield the same result?

Note: I remember wasting tons of money on new cartridges for my old Canon Pixma MG6320 and it still never fixed the blurry prints -- even after replacing the print heads.

Nevermind this is ink printer.  Replace the black ink printhead.
