GX7021 - Can Not Scan

I've had nothing but problems wiht my GX7021. The print quality is trash. The nozzles clog constantly. I can't scan. It's a big, hulking, expensive PIECE OF GARBAGE.

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly the circumstances that involve your printer not scanning (example: I can make a copy of a picture but I can not scan that picture to my PC, I get an error message when scanning, etc).
